Authenticity & Sourcing
Tikkaro is an independent collector platform. Here is exactly how we source, inspect and ship every watch — in plain language, with no claims of official affiliation.
Last updated: May 2026
Pieces are sourced through a verified network of European authorised resellers, secondary-market specialists and private collectors. We never claim official retailer status.
Every watch is inspected by an in-house watchmaker against a published checklist: serial markings, case finishing, dial, hands, movement signature and weight.
When original boxes and papers are available we cross-check seals, labels and reference numbers. If anything is missing or aftermarket, we disclose it on the product page.
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers with bank-level 3-D Secure. We never see or store your full card number.
Condition transparency
Each listing states condition (new, unworn, like-new, pre-owned), what is included in the box, the estimated dispatch window and the price you will pay — clearly and without dark patterns.
What we do not do
- We do not present ourselves as an authorised dealer of any brand.
- We do not sell replicas, clones, "1:1" or aftermarket copies of any kind.
- We do not issue brand-official certificates of authenticity — only our own internal inspection report.
If you ever have a doubt
Email support@tikkaro.store within 14 days of delivery. If a watch fails independent verification, we refund 100% of your payment immediately and cover the return shipping. That is our standing guarantee.
