Refund Policy
We want every collector to feel confident pre-ordering with us. This policy explains exactly when, how and within what timeframes we issue refunds.

1. Refund eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You cancel a pre-order before the official drop date (May 16, 2026).
- We are unable to source or fulfil your reserved allocation.
- The watch arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the listing.
- The shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.
2. Pre-order cancellation window
Pre-orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time up to 24 hours before the official drop. After the drop has occurred and your allocation has been picked, cancellations move to the standard return process below.
3. Standard returns
Once delivered, you have 14 calendar days to request a return. The watch must be unworn, in original packaging, with all accessories. Initiate a return by emailing support@tikkaro.store with your order ID.
4. Refund processing times
- Pre-drop cancellations: refunded within 3–5 business days.
- Post-delivery returns: refunded within 5–10 business days of receiving the item back.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Items returned outside the 14-day window.
- Items showing wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing accessories.
- Original international shipping or customs fees, where already incurred.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
Every shipment is fully insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours of delivery and contact us — we will arrange a free return label and a full refund or replacement, at your choice.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first at support@tikkaro.store before filing a chargeback. We respond to every refund request within 1 business day and resolve the vast majority within a week. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays your refund and may forfeit eligibility for an expedited resolution.
