These Terms govern your use of the Tikkaro website and any pre-order or purchase made through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Tikkaro
Tikkaro is an independent collector platform offering pre-orders and curated listings of contemporary collectible watches. Tikkaro is notaffiliated with Swatch Group AG or Audemars Piguet Holding SA, nor with any authorised retail network of either brand.
2. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and shipping information at checkout.
- Use the site lawfully and not for resale-fraud, money-laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Respect the intellectual property of Tikkaro and the original brands.
3. Purchase conditions
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance — we may cancel and fully refund any order if a sourcing partner cannot meet our allocation, if a pricing error is identified, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Product availability
Pre-order items are shown with an explicit Pre-order status and an estimated dispatch window. In-stock items, where listed, ship within 1–2 business days. Stock counts displayed on the site are indicative and update in real time but may briefly lag during high traffic.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable EU VAT. Pre-order prices are locked the moment your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct clear pricing errors and, in such cases, you will be offered the choice of accepting the corrected price or receiving a full refund.
6. Intellectual property
Brand names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and description of collector items. The Tikkaro site design, copy and photography are protected and may not be reused without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tikkaro's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of consumers under EU consumer protection law, including the 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
