Pre-order Terms
A clear, transparent contract for every Tikkaro pre-order. Please read carefully — these terms are designed to set realistic expectations and protect both sides.

1. What a pre-order is
A pre-order on Tikkaro reserves an allocation of a watch that has not yet been released to the public. By confirming a pre-order you secure: (a) a fixed price of from €420 per piece, and (b) priority allocation from our sourcing partners on drop day.
2. Estimated fulfilment window
- Drop date: Saturday, May 16, 2026.
- Dispatch window: 1–3 business days after the drop.
- Estimated delivery: within 3–14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination (see Shipping Policy).
3. Sourcing & supplier disclosure
Tikkaro is an independent collector platform. We source pieces through a verified network of European authorised resellers, secondary-market specialists and private collectors. We are not an authorised retailer of Swatch Group or Audemars Piguet, and we never represent ourselves as such.
4. Possibility of delays
While we plan our allocation conservatively, drop-day fulfilment can be affected by manufacturer constraints, transport disruption or customs processing. If a delay of more than 14 days beyond the original estimate becomes likely, we will contact you with two options: (a) wait, with a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, or (b) cancel for a full refund. You are always in control.
5. Cancellation eligibility
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the official drop.
- Free cancellation if dispatch is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the original estimate.
- After dispatch, the standard return window applies (see Refund Policy).
6. Customer communication
We commit to proactive updates: an order confirmation immediately after checkout, a drop-day status email on May 16, 2026, a dispatch email with tracking, and delivery confirmation. Any material change to your timeline triggers an additional email within 24 hours.
7. Payment processing
Pre-order payments are processed at the time of checkout via PCI-DSS compliant providers (card schemes and bank-level 3-D Secure). Funds are held against your confirmed allocation. If we cancel for any reason, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
8. Price guarantee
The price from €420 displayed on this site is locked the moment your pre-order is confirmed. You will never be charged a top-up, surge fee or post-drop adjustment.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a pre-order at checkout you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Pre-order Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
