Shipping Policy
How and when your Tikkaro watch reaches you, including pre-order timelines, international delivery and customs.

1. Pre-order fulfilment
The Tikkaro collection officially drops on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Confirmed pre-orders are picked from our reserved allocation and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the drop. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.
2. Standard shipping timelines
- European Union: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–6 business days from dispatch.
- United States & Canada: 4–8 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days from dispatch.
3. International shipping
We ship worldwide using insured, fully tracked services (DHL Express, FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide Saver depending on destination).
4. Customs & duties
EU orders are shipped DDP — duties and VAT are included in the displayed price. For destinations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are billed by the carrier on delivery and are outside our control.
5. Tracking
Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. You will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.
6. Delivery delays
Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends, public holidays and clearance time at customs. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather events, or incorrect address details supplied at checkout — but we will assist with every reasonable effort to resolve.
7. Lost or stuck shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive business days, please contact support@tikkaro.store. We open a carrier investigation within 24 hours. If the parcel is officially declared lost, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at your choice — your insured order is always protected.
8. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming a pre-order. Re-shipment for incorrect addresses entered by the customer may incur a small carrier fee.
